Man; I ask a lot of questions! Here’s a surprise, in the U.S., even with all
the debate and fighting over the 1%, we are all rich. A large percentage of the world population
lives on less than $5 a day. To quote
the famous Bob Wells (some may call him infamous) if you woke up this morning
and crawled out of a soft bed with sheets and a blanket; you my friend are
loaded! But are you wealthy? Wealthy, is defined as having enough passive
income (that is money you do not physically have to work for) to cover all of
your living expenses and needs that you never have to work again. Are you wealthy? Is what you are doing know for a career, have
any chance of ever making you wealthy?
A career in Real Estate can make you wealthy. Do you like the idea of houses, a home and
everything that goes with that? Imagine,
you spend your work day helping a young family buy their first home. You solved the problem of getting them a
mortgage, walked them through the inspections and handed them the keys to the
place their children will call home.
That one purchase will more than likely be their biggest asset when they
reach retirement. Now imagine doing that
so well that you sell one house a week.
